I purchased a bottle of Judith's soak at a local wellness market in my neighborhood. It was hosted by Nupoint community development and Mama’s Porch had a both there. The young lady explained that the soak was meant as a full body bath ritual but being older I can't really sit down in a tub anymore. The young lady Brittney, I think her name was told me that I could use it to soak my feet or as a spot treatment for sore mucels. She said that I could deslove it in a basin and soak a towel in it and simply lay it on my back. I'll try that next but what I did is use it to soak my feet. It has such a lovely smell and it left my skin so soft. The salts also helped sooth my tired feet. You've got a repeat customer in me. Self care isn't just for the young. Aged women like myself will also find great benefit in these products.

When I tell you this product is it. It's very moisturizing, leaves a soft scent not too overpowering, and the natural shine it leaves on the skin is cheffs kiss. I absolutely love it. The only down side is they sell out fast. So you gotta keep your eyes open for restock. But babe if you are lucky enough to snag a jar it will be soooo worth it.
